Terms

Using Relay
Relay is made and provided by Pok-It LLC. By signing in and using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Relay.
Don't include sensitive information
Relay is built to read scheduling logistics — dates, times, places, who’s covering what — out of the documents, links and text you add. It is not built to hold sensitive personal information, and you shouldn’t put any in.
That means leaving out things like:
- Social Security numbers or other government ID numbers
- Passwords or account credentials
- Financial account, card or routing numbers
- Medical record details beyond what’s needed to note an appointment (e.g. "Dentist 3pm" is fine; a diagnosis or test result is not)
If a schedule document happens to include something like this, remove it before adding it to Relay, or leave that part out when you paste.
Your responsibility, not ours
You’re responsible for what you upload, paste or connect. If you do include sensitive information despite the above, Pok-It LLC is not responsible for it — including for how it’s processed (see Privacy for where document contents go), stored, or seen by anyone you’ve shared a calendar link with.
No warranty
Relay is provided as-is. Extraction from photos, PDFs and pasted text can make mistakes — that’s why every imported row is shown to you for review with a confidence flag before anything is saved. Pok-It LLC doesn’t guarantee accuracy, uptime, or that Relay will always be available.
Changes
These terms may change as Relay does. Continuing to use Relay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
