What Relay stores

Where document contents go

When you add a photo, PDF or pasted text, its contents are sent to Anthropic's API to read the events out of it. That is the only place any of your content leaves Relay's servers. Anthropic processes it to return the events and does not use it to train models. Uploaded files are deleted from Relay's storage as soon as you confirm the import, or when you remove the schedule.

Calendar links you add are fetched by Relay's servers directly from the calendar provider (for example TeamSnap). Nothing about them is sent anywhere else.

Who can see what

Only you sign in. The people you add never get accounts. Each person gets a private calendar link showing just their part; whoever has that link can read that calendar. You can make a new link at any time from the People screen, and the old one stops working immediately.

No analytics

Relay has no analytics, tracking or advertising, and never inspects event contents for any purpose other than showing them to you and the people you route them to. Server logs record request timings and error types, never event contents.

Where it lives

Relay runs on Vercel, with data in a Supabase Postgres database and Supabase Storage, in the United States. Sign-in emails are sent by Supabase's mail service.

Export and delete

From People → Account you can download everything as a JSON file and each person's calendar as an .ics file, and you can delete the account. Deleting removes every row about you, purges uploaded files, disables every calendar link at once, and removes your sign-in. It cannot be undone.
