INDEX
Coordination software for households that never ran on one calendar.
Relay is coordination software for the part of life no product owner owns: who is where, when, and who is driving. It reads the schedules you already receive — team apps, school PDFs, group texts, a photo of a flyer on the fridge — and returns one household timeline with an owner on every line.
THESIS
The tools people use to coordinate their lives have not kept up with how chaotic that coordination actually is.
Calendar apps assume a single authoritative source and a single person maintaining it. Real households have six sources, none of them authoritative, and the maintenance work is invisible until something is missed. Every existing product treats that work as data entry. It is closer to dispatch.
RELAY
Feeds, forwarded emails, school PDFs, group texts, photos of flyers, whatever shows up.

Not an invitee list — one person on the drive, the form, the gear.

Double-bookings and gaps show up while there's still time to trade.

ACCESS
Leave an address and you get one email when the next cohort opens. No newsletter, no drip.
